Bypassing Memory Requirements on GitHub Enterprise

I run a GitHub Enterprise instance at git.ian.sh for my private repositories and other things that I don’t want to put on GitHub…. Unfortunately, GitHub Enterprise demands 14GB of RAM, which turns out to be fairly expensive along with its solid state disks on Azure. It turns out GHE only needs about 6 GB of RAM when used with one or two users, keeping the cost well under my Azure BizSpark credits. However, GHE will fail to start on Azure if you do not give it >=14GB of RAM. ¶ To bypass this check, simply run `sudo touch /etc/github/devmode`.
